The two younger brothers Neil and Reid later founded her own band and played in all the different groups before all three in 2005 to strip Perry joined together and toured together.

In 2009 she signed with the label Republic Nashville and released the same year their debut single, Hip To My Heart. She immediately reached number 20 in the country charts. In early December 2011 was the band for another Grammy nomination. As the only country artists, they received a nomination in a cross-genre category for best new artist. In the same month her debut album in the U.S. with platinum for one million units sold, excellent.
